Hi all.
I was flying with a new flyer last week who flew nicely with his Elite Apprentice, but he wants to move over to IC.
So, does anyone have an IC trainer they want to sell? He has a DX6i tranny, but just needs the IC model to fly!
If you have something suitable blocking up space int he garage/shed just drop me an email at tim.cheal@btinternet.com and I will put you in touch.
BTW sorry I could not make either the AGM or the working party this weekend, we had family over and it was difficult to get out (I can’t even get out today on a beautiful day!!).
Tim
Hi Guy’s like the title say’s.
We had a good turn out today for the autumn work party, most people came to help some just to watch. Should have thought and taken spuds and sausages for our biggest BBQ yet.
To be serious though we achieved a hell of a lot in 2hrs most of us burning rubbish and Rick doing a good job to tidy the area around the stands.
Thats all for now just to say thanks on behalf of the club members.

A good day was had by all on Sunday, on the vid you can count 20+ cars.
Glyn brought family and friends who i think enjoyed themselves.the weather Gods were definitely on our side, people we had not seen for ages came out of the woodwork to attend, some with new models and others just to support the club WELL DONE to you all.

Hi Guys.
Glad to see other people are posting photos and info.
Been on a what feels like a world tour but only three weeks round good old England first off the Cold War Jets at Bruntingthorpe where our esteemed president found a new soul mate, the other thing is it’s not often you get to go on a 747 for a wander round, the owner of the Airfield Dave Walton came over for a beer with us and said yes we were free to look round all we wanted but please don’t try to take off as one of the engines is missing (thinks Dave J had it away for a model).
We had talked of borrowing it for Mikes scale day but the roads are a bit narrow.
